Not sure which one you need? Open the Apple menu and choose About This Mac. If it lists a Chip (e.g. Apple M1), use the Apple Silicon installer. If it lists a Processor (e.g. Intel Core i7), use the Intel installer.

Verification

Use the Quick Hash GUI to verify the integrity of the disk image by comparing it to the SHA256 checksum for your Mac: Apple Silicon or Intel.
